Panago Pizza - Regina

Order was mistaken online, not our fault... Staff was very rude to my wife even after call center had notified them of the mix up.

Came here for a pick-up and the staff were extremely rude and menacing for absolutely no reason at all, glaring, being snappy and acting like we can't deny them service for using profanity, especially when a customer had her kids in line standing behind witnessing the whole thing shaking her head. I'm never going to spend money at the rochdale panago again after how they treat people and all my friends and family agree.

Decided to write a review. Visited this location, ordered two pizzas for pick-up but they weren’t ready yet. While waiting we watched in disgust as the person making pizzas literally sneezed into his hand and proceeded to grab handfuls of cheese and toppings and spread them on a pizza he was making. He was visibly sick and why on earth was he not wearing gloves or washing his hands. Gross. We will never go there again.

Thin crust with extra sauce. True Canadian or the Ham Pineapple pizza. Ordering and wait is pretty fast. This is our go to supper when we don 't feel like cooking. Very reasonably priced, too.

First time to this place, and any of its franchises... since I try to select vegetarian fare when eating out, I was pleased to see the longer options than just the standard 'veggie pizza '... I had a personal pan pizza... good value and great tasting in a clean atmosphere... not much in place eating space (standard 'window bar ' and the sign near these was not clear if 'only for pickup applied '. No other customers there on weekday noon hour... kind of strange... good fare at a fair price, I thought. Would have given it a 5 out of 5 but when I asked to use the washroom I was informed the toilet was not functioning properly... may be only a 'pickup and delivery ' place? Still, I would return again...
