As I stood there, staff allowed a couple people to walk right in a seat themselves at the bar. When I attempted to speak to a staff person for an explanation they walked right by me without even acknowledging that I was speaking to them. Even I person in front of me was dumbfounded by the rudeness. When another staff member finally did stop, they said the reason why the person just walked and took seats was that 's what people do, it 's open seating ????? So rude and disorganized. Not sure why so bad. Could not believe it. When I said I just want to get a raspberry margarita for my birthday, they actually just said well we don 't have raspberry margaritas anyway . I just turned away and left. Never again.
Great food, great atmosphere, and the staff are as helpful as can be. The bartenders make great drinks and provide great service at the same time.
Over priced mediocre food. Margaritas are good, expresso martini (rimmed with crushed coffee grounds and salt, not a fan). If you order a shot on the rocks, you'll pay for the ice; if you order a spicy margarita, they will add to include muddled jalapeno. Must order/pay for salsa and chips; chips are good, salsa was ok. Enchilada's were poor, soggy wrap (as if frozen then thawed), sauce was unremarkable; beans were good. Nachos with chili, huge tray but chili had few beans no sauce, pico was minimal, queso was good. Very expensive nachos, should reduce quantity improve toppings. Salted caramel ice cream is salty. Space is like a warehouse, noisy. not worth it.
Sat at that bar and had THE best Margaritas. Along with chips and salsa, burrito and shrimp tacos, we had a great experience. Kathy (spelling? the bartender was wonderful. A real pro and a great conversationalist. 5 stars!
Went here for happy hour and then dinner. The bar was full, and there really was no other place to sit for happy hour anymore, despite many tables being open at 3:30 in the afternoon. We decided to get drinks at the bar and stand anyway, while we waited for our table to be available for dinner... turns out we didn't have to stand very long before they seated us. Still not pleasant to not be able to sit when there are empty tables. The margaritas were really good! The four of us shared the guacamole trio for appetizers, then we had the Ancho rubbed ribs, the chicken enchiladas, surf and turf burrito, and mole enchiladas, and shared a side of honey rum beans. We took home 2 pieces of cake for dessert.Portions were large! So are the prices. One additional margarita put our dinner bill for four at $188. Can't complain about the quality of the food, but the noise level was insane, and the place wasn't even full. We could hardly hear each other talk.
