Chipotle Mexican Grill - Reisterstown

3 month later update: this location isn't perfect but it has definitely improved. You can eat inside on clean tables. Portion sizes are good (I was too hungry to take an updated photo). This is a solid 4 star. Have to order online. Location is clean since you can't eat in. Portions are a little small versus other locations. Not horrible but not outstanding taste. This location is better than the one foundry row location, but that location is also the worst in anystate I've been. Overall, this place is only good because it has the benefits of being new. No real reason to come back

If there was a minus 10, I will rather use that rating! That?s how terrible their customer service was. Today was my first and will be the last time I will go to that Chipotle branch. The dark skinned lady who attended to me served my food in a very nasty and angry manner and she was no sorry about it.. she used insisted on scrapping the bottom of serving dish even though there was a freshly made one that i requested for? she rubbed her gloves all over the serving area (thatwas very messy) and used the same gloves hands to add cheese to the meal? ????. Dear Manager, this issue should be addressed and the staff on evening duty today should not be attending to customers. She is literally ruin your businessunfortunately, you are not there to see it.. and if she is the Manager?, she is ruin her own business. One happy customer breads the word as much as one dissatisfied customer!

This is by far the worst chipotle I?ve went to. They are always rude and never have anything. Why work at all? My child gets out of practice 30 minutes before y?all close. We arrive every time from 12-5 minutes before 10:00pm. They never have anything. What time does the kitchen close here at this location? What time is last call because 10:00 isn?t it?

Never understood why this location had such bad reviews until I experienced the worst customer service first hand. I work directlyNext-door you can see that by seeing the shirt that I’m wearing and never am greeted by any other women that are working. Nobody even asks what your name is to check your mobile order. You have to ask them only to be cut off by another lady before even asking your question. Made me late on my work break despite ordering a half an hour in advance and giving them until 11:10 am to have time to have my order ready. I do customer service all damn day, just fake it and smile for crying out loud. Say hello and greet people when there’s 5 of you working, give me a break. You can make work fun or the atmosphere can be misery, which it seems to be. Ohh and they added a coke to my order charging me $3.10 extra and I’m diabetic. I never ordered a drink, but they still charged me for one.

I went to chipotle today and I never do reviews but this one had to be done. I go in there and it is about 8pm. They yell and say they are out of white rice and sour cream and cheese etc. it does not take long to cook rice or chicken especially when there is 2 hours left until the store closes. What I got from it was the staff is lazy. Not to mention I was in line for 10 minutes just waiting to order because staff was not around and when staff finally got around I was told they did not have the main items that particularly majority of people order. This was an all out terrible experience and the owner of this establishment needs to get this in check. How are you out of items 2 hours before you close.
