The first time here everything we ordered was freshly made, which is good, but the prices were something too high for something they could get in a regular pho restaurant. kimchi fried rice was bombed. a pigeon rasen good portion after my sister it was good. salt and pfeffer chicken wings were so good and pho was ok. there were at 8:30-9ish I believe and customer service was bombing our server was julio he was so attentive, so thank you red blossom for a great first experience.
Good ramen. The ahi tuna appetizer was not up to my standards. Service was excellent.
Thank u Ms. luisa for your service! Atlantis Redbloom has new filipino dish of Adobo very authentic hope they add more filipino foods! My friend love all the food. Worth the prices ? new supervisor Alex is very kind and pretty.
On our last trip we visited the Terrace Oyster bar and sushi. For this visit we tried a different outlet. There was a long line forming in front of the Buffet and grill, but available close by is the Red Bloom Asian Kitchen. Normally I 'm not excited of a casino hotel Asian fare, somehow after met up with my other half, we decided give this place a try. We were greeted and seated, ambience is spacious, warm and cozy. The menu selection is very extensive dishes cover Thai, Chinese, Korean and Japanese. My lady decided on the beef chow fun and my selection was the Duck noodle. I was expecting stewed duck leg noodle but to my surprise, my order came in with roasted duck instead: Hong Kong style roasted duck, very generous portion indeed, I would say half a duck, with egg noodles and garnished with baby bak choi in broth which was delicious in depth and comforting. The beef chow fun arrived with the great aroma of Wok hae which is a high remark the Chinese use for Essence of wok cooking. The chow fun was very delicious, skillfully done with tender beef, bean sprouts and scallion, almost perfectly seasoned if the adding of sugar could be less (I wondered why ? . The meal was so fulfilling, the duck was delicious and so much, still had left overs even after I shared some with my other half . Service was on point and courteous all added up for a great dinner to our pleasant staying at the Atlantis Casino and Resort.
