They have the most rude staff and are clearly untrained in customer service. Every time I come here the price of my drink changes, they don’t have a fixed price for their drinks. Today when the barista handed me my drink it was leaking from out the lid, I pointed that out to her and kindly asked her to remake it but instead she just wrapped my drink in a bunch of napkins and said “that’s what the napkins are for” I wouldn’t suggest coming to this location.

When I moved into the area I stopped by here to get a drink and it was AMAZING! I went every day sometimes more than once n the girls there always got it right and had the best customer service. Then that slowly changed. Now when I go they seem to be too busy talking to each other or servicing people they know in the cars behind me. The quality of the drink is a hit n miss. Tonight I ordered through door dash but there was no way customize the drink the way I like it so I called thinking it would be no biggie. Boy was I wrong. they advised me to cancel my order n order a different drink because there would be an up charge for what I was wanting. All I wanted was java chips added, which was a few cents more. For the amount of money I spend there you would think there would be something they could do or at least try but NOPE the gentleman that answered seemed like I was inconveniencing him. he wanted me to cancel and re order but i tried to explain there wasn't an option or I would have done it in the first place and if I canceled it would mess up my order cuz I was doing a double dash(same driver picks up both orders n so theres only one fee). so if i canceled i would have to pay for a whole new delivery. I explained that to him n he didn't seem to care. frustrated, I told him just to cancel the whole order all together n he was like okay. HORRIBLE customer service. I will no longer go there. I spend way too much money to be treated like that and I've always tipped them very well. Hopefully they read their reviews (cause I seen im not the only one) n make some changes

I was waiting in line for a small black coffee and this car of Muslim and black ladies in front of me were squawking like seagulls, so it took me 30 minutes to get my coffee and on top of that they pulled back in and basically made the hostess cry whoever they are I hope they got their orders wrong I finally was able to get to the window. It took like a minute to get my coffee pretty legit.

My dad and I always go to this restaurant with the best group of girls in the world. They make the best drinks.

Whoever made my drink today around 1:30PM thank you for doing the Lord’s work. My drink slapped harder than my father.
