Five Guys - Renton

My partner and I are on a quest to find the best French fries in Washington. Since we live in South Seattle, we're starting our search in this neighborhood. Overall, I would rate the fries a 6.5 out of 10. The potatoes seemed a bit overcooked, which made them feel like they were dissolving a little. They lacked a consistent crunch and could use more salt. However, the service was outstanding—10 out of 10! We received our order in under a minute, and everyone was incredibly friendly.

The food was excellent once again, though I found it a bit on the pricey side since it's just a burger without any sides. Despite that, this remains one of my favorite burger places. They also have the newer fountain machines, which offer an amazing variety of soda options.

The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I typically place my order through the app, and it's always ready when I arrive. My personal favorite is the seasoned fries. It seems that all burger joints have become pricier compared to a decade ago. This place is a solid choice when you're really hungry and craving a burger after a long time.

LOVE these cheeseburgers. One of my favorite burgers in the world maybe. Probably top 10 maybe top 5. You definitely leave full. Have good bacon, fries, cheese, ketchup and everything. People are nice too. Only bad thing about this place is parking is not the greatest unless you park in garage and can be pretty expensive. But I think it's worth it.

If you can afford it, you can never go wrong with five guys! These are some of the best burgers around and they're totally customizable. No matter what you want for toppings the price is the same. French fries come with a Cajun seasoning option which is a bit spicy but absolutely delicious. For a family of four you will probably end up paying at least $50 but the burgers are fresh and always made exactly to your specifications. I've been here so many times I can't even count it, but The employees are always friendly and seem to really enjoy their job. Plus the meals eaten in the restaurant include free peanuts! Can't go wrong there. They are pretty clean for the most part and the bathrooms are nice. Plus I love the freestyle Coca-Cola machines with free refills.
