Shalyapin - Repino

I celebrated my anniversary with catering on 03.09.23 She entrusted the entire organization to the banquet service of the Shalyapin restaurant in Repino. I was very pleased with: 1. The food was very tasty and fresh (it seemed to me that it was even tastier than in a restaurant, straight from the kitchen) Incredibly delicious eggplant caviar, roast beef, salted vegetables are amazing. The main course was fried potatoes with porcini mushrooms according to the season, excellent hamburgers, assorted cutlets and salmon. Everything was delicious ! Thanks to the chef and everyone who took part in the preparation and selection of products! 2. The restaurant installed a magic tent in my garden, furniture and offered decorative and musical contractors. The work was carried out smoothly, on time, even without my participation. 3. The service during the buffet was very comfortable and coordinated. The staff are very friendly and competent. 4. I would especially like to thank the event manager Irina Shepeleva. With her help, I made a good choice of dishes and placement of equipment on the site. And all this was in a friendly, comfortable environment. I was a little nervous about how everything would turn out, but Irina, with her confidence, competence and proactive design proposals, inspired me to conduct a beautiful, fabulously romantic holiday. Irina, I am very grateful to you! And, of course, many thanks to the creators of the Chaliapin project for the opportunity to turn any event into a holiday and relaxation not only for guests, but also for the hosts! Tasty! And this is the most important thing for any restaurant. I took okroshka on kefir and Kiev cutlet with mashed potatoes and blackcurrant sauce. An excellent refreshing okroshka with moderately acidic thick kefir and a good portion of dressing. The Kiev cutlet was hot, butter was spreading inside, the most tender chicken in crispy breading. We also took Baikal gas water and Chivas whiskey 12 years old with ice an excellent lunch in a pleasant environment. The interior is country classic, everything is clean and tidy.
