The shop is very cute and small. Everything seems to have been premade (or even frozen) and is heated upon ordering. The prices were a bit high in my opinion for the portion and the quality. The vegan borscht soup was made of just beets, extreme heat (peppers like there 's no tomorrow), water and or broth and tons of oil. It was really bad and definitely not even worth $0.50 but they were selling the small cup for $4.50! The sort of semosa was really good and vegan. These were what I ordered. They have a deal for a combo of soup, small sandwich and a drink for $10.50 or a mini pizza, larger sandwich or a pie plus soup and a drink for $13.00. The beef barley soup was very spicy as well; and so was the shepherd 's pie. For the horrible soup but the good vegan semosa that I had plus the little cozy atmosphere of the restaurant and the tiny little restroom (which by the way is only accessible through the kitchen and has no lock), I 'll give this place a combination score of a 1.5 out of 5. But then again, it seemed involved in some charity community work, so a 2. My companion gave this place a 4 out of 5 as she only complained of how spicy her food was. Also, the soup was supposed to have cornbread on the side. We got none. So, taking the average, a solid 3/5. Never coming back.
So delicious! One of the best breakfast Burritos I had (the “other” breakfast Burrito and amazing smoothie (the Immun Booster . A sweet little place in a sweet small town. Also love the non-plastic straw options!
Good quality locally made food. Recommend their meat pies and their iced coffee to go (comes in a mason jar). One star less as they are a little pricy, however it's revelstoke and everythings a little pricy. Will return when I want a lunch or breakfast. Their frozen food looked great as well. Nice take home meals for the week.
I had sausage rolls and a spice mayo sauce, my friend had the breakfast burrito with same dipping sauce. We both enjoyed the meals, very tasty and reasonably priced. The atmosphere of the staff and place was very welcoming and pleasant. I shall revisit on my next trip.
Delicious soup, friendly service, seems like mostly takeout, small cozy sitting area. Enjoyed.
