K-lani’s - Rexburg

This is the best place if you want a thick creamy custard. I am a stickler for custard and I don't want it to be like ice cream, because custard is supposed to be churned differently and is supposed to be richer than regular ice cream and soft serve. The flavor selection they have for the custard are great! It pairs well with their Italian ice I think better than Kari-Ann's. There's more flavor. My husband and I always go when we have a hankering for it, and enjoy their coconut, cookies and cream, red raspberry, and seasonal flavors. All have a rich flavor, and don't feel too sweet. They also offer mixed drinks in the form of riptides, and those are yummy as well. When we go, it's always clean and there's plenty of seating for if you bring your family and friends with you. The wait time between ordering and receiving your treats is also phenomenal; they work like lightning to get exactly what you want. We love it here and we hope we keep coming back for more over the years!

This restaurant was truly amazing. The custard was the best we've ever tasted, and the float was exceptionally delightful. The atmosphere was fantastic too—extremely welcoming, with excellent customer service and a pleasant ambiance that made us want to linger. We will definitely be coming back!

This restaurant is fantastic! We had the chance to chat with the owners, and Bill's passion for his work really shines through. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the flavors are fresh and genuine. This has definitely become our new favorite spot, even though we live 250 miles away! Make sure to try the Riptide! It's amazing—a delightful blend of soda, shake, Italian ice, and pure deliciousness!

K'Lani's is definitely my favorite spot in Rexburg. It has a lively atmosphere, great decor, and the desserts are incredible! The red raspberry Italian ice is made with real raspberries, and the custard is delicious and of top quality. This place brings me joy, and I truly hope it remains here for a long time.
