Subway - Rexburg

I visited the restaurant on Sunday, July 25, 2022, around 7:15 PM. The staff informed me that they were out of every type of bread except for white, as well as meatballs and the fresh mozzarella, which was surprising considering they advertise their new sandwich line featuring that very mozzarella. Given that they were open until 10:00 PM, I would have expected them to have stocked up on more bread. Furthermore, the white bread was stale and hard, the cheese was dried out, and the pickles were mushy. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

I only enjoy Subway with their meatball or BLT sandwiches. The store is clean and the staff is friendly.

On the day I visited, the restaurant implemented a mask requirement, and I saw several people leave in frustration while I was placing my order. It's important to remember to be courteous to the staff; they aren't the ones who set the rules. As for the food, it was what you would expect from a Subway.

Rude staff. They tell you they are working on your order for 10 minutes then when she asks for your name again. She checks the receipts and laughs “oh you’re actually last”. I don’t get the joke. How about I laugh in your face and tell you I don’t get what’s so funny about being lazy with a door dash order?

Staff pepared our order to perfection and did not skimp on the meat. Staff was very friendly and professional. I will go back to this Subway.
