Bjórgarðurinn - Reykjavik

A good dining area with really fresh fish and chips, but the main reason to go is the beer choice. They have 30 different beers on tap, they are listed and the staff is very knowledgeable to taste. You like beer as it was really good.

Beautiful atmosphere, great design beer selection, and incredible food. I had the best fish and chips of my life here. I can't expect to travel back to Iceland and will definitely eat here if I do!

Absolutely loved this place! For beginners I have to say that the service here is better than anyone I have received at the Craft Beer Bars that I often have. The name of our bartender is Stratos an important man from Greece. He is knowledgeable on local Icelandic beers and has made wonderful suggestions. Surprisingly, he knew a lot about Houston's booming crafts scene. They are the largest craft bar in Iceland that carries over 200 beers but not at the same time on Hahn. They don't have enough space to tap them at once. They change through them every week or when they run out. Don't worry, they have a lot on tap at any time and have many options. I'm on to the Icelandic locals. Drink right here. You also offer food here. My friend and I split a sequence of fish and chips and wings. Both are delicious, you cannot go wrong with any choice. We liked this place so much we went back for the music of Iceland Talk, which is held every other Wednesday day. From a doctorate in a kind of music at the local university. The conversation was great and answered some questions I and my friend wondered about their music. You also have a guy who makes a history of Icelandic beer. He's great and he was sitting and talking to us for a bit when my girlfriend started asking questions. The people in Iceland are nice. We had an early morning flight so we went here until we had to get to the airport. When I come back to Iceland, I definitely come back.

The best place to get a beer in Reykjavik! The bartender was super nice.

The fish and chips were amazing. We tried a lot of the beers made there, a lot of variety but all very tasty. The bartenders and patrons were friendly as well.
