I’d come back to Iceland just for this place. The food was very heartwarming especially with the ambience. The calzone was probably the best I’ve had outside of Sicily. The most amazing part is the BREAD!!! Best I’ve ever had. Sooo good. It was also free haha so that made it better. It’s a perfect combo for the Clams. Absolutely amazing!!!!

Original review in September 2021 continue reading below for the update... 2021: Great food, nice atmosphere. Artic char tartar was fresh and we 'll garnished. The lemon risotto with prawns was delightfully flavoured and the rack of lamb received 11 out of 10. Update early June 2023. I tried calling Primo Restaurant twice in the last week or two to make a booking but nobody picked up. I walked past on Thursday and Friday nights and some lights were on but the place was definitely shut. At the moment it seems the restaurant is closed though the website doesn 't note this. Would love the management to reply to this update and let us know what is going on.

Delicious food and drinks. The atmosphere is quite charming, the staff are very friendly and helpful too! Highly recommend :D
