Caribou Coffee - Richfield

I went here because the caribou I live by doesn't do the full hot menu and I was craving the Just egg sandwich. I was very disappointed to see that they got the order wrong, I recieved a bagel instead of the sandwich. When I called they stated that I would need to drive back there to get a refund. An inconvenience on top of a bad experience.As a response to the business, I reached out to your customer relations team the day of the incident and have yet to get a response.

I love caribou coffee. It’s my go to place. Always order the hot mocha /milk chocolate. Service is consistently great throughout most caribous which is wonderful. And the dog loves a pup cup!

While the coffee I ordered was good and made correctly, the drive thru service was extremely slow. It was not that busy. There was only one car ahead of me, waiting for their order. Not sure if I will go back to this location.

I’m sure it’s a busy location but I always feel like they’re rushing me away from the store. I also ordered a large iced coffee and didn’t drink any of it till I got home but the drink was barely half full. Bit of a bummer to pay for a large and get probably a mediums worth of coffee.other locations I’ve been to don’t seem to do this with iced coffee.
