I must say, this airport is stunning and spacious, and it’s not as crowded as many others. There are plenty of dining options and stores to explore. Additionally, they have a convenient tram system and car rental services available on-site. The airport is clean, and the floors are well-maintained. The layout is straightforward, which I really appreciate. The airport is also located near the river, which is beneficial, especially during heavy traffic when TSA lines can get lengthy. With numerous flights available, it makes traveling so much easier for me. I love the Twin Cities for their beauty and the wonderful people. This airport ranks in my top five, so make sure to take a good look around—you won’t be disappointed!

FLY IN HERE! CLEAN! We traveled here for the holiday to reconnect with friends we hadn’t seen in over thirty years! Our flight originated from Kansas (not the best airport), so we were a bit apprehensive. However, we were pleasantly surprised by MSP. It's a fantastic, clean, and welcoming airport. We were really impressed by the attention to detail and the wayfinding throughout the terminal. We enjoyed spending time exploring the artworks and photographs in the area before catching our shuttle. The restaurant options were also very good. The only downside, which seems to be the norm across Minnesota, is the early closing times for shops. Everything starts shutting down right after 8:00 PM, with many places closing completely by 9:00. This was especially frustrating for us since our arrival from Kansas was delayed, and we found most restaurants closed when we got there. Aside from that, it’s a great airport! I would definitely fly here again.

Absolutely! An information representative came to where our hotel shuttle was supposed to pick us up. Since this was our second time at the airport, we felt a bit disoriented. The airport has excellent restaurants and shopping options. It’s a beautiful airport!

Very nice, clean, updated airport. Just come in. They offer what you need for an airport. The relaxing massage chairs, dining places, fast food, sit on restaurants, healthy deli and treats as well. There are maps to help you, large bathrooms and help centers in all.

Do you know there is a Quiet Area to wait for your flight? It's on the second floor. The space is great to get away from the crowds. There are mattresses if you need a nap
