V V - Richlands

Food and service has continued to decline for the past few years bit it is now at rock bottom. Last visit today from a loooong time customer. The food was almost as bad as the service. Almost finished my meal (self serve bar) before anyone asked me for my drink order and brought silverware. Left most of the food on the plate, dry and just overall bad tasting. Got to one item that was always good, peanut butter pudding. Second bite, big long hair, and it wasn't from my bald head. Got up after waiting to the MIA server for 10 min, paid my bill and told the owner of the poor service (pointed out the server), food and the little extra(hair) in my food and her reply was OK... Richlands sure could use a decent place to eat.
