This restaurant is a charming spot, but the customer service is lacking. The staff spent more time talking to each other instead of taking orders. I had to wait around 15 minutes for my sandwich to be toasted. When the food finally arrived, it was placed on the table without any acknowledgement or customer service. It's frustrating when staff members don't show even a little attention to customers. A little bit of recognition goes a long way.

Stopped by for a quick coffee break. Cappuccino Latte was exceptional delicious, nice exterior seating near Richmond Park.

Convenient corner in Richmond but the service is not what it used to be. Blunt terse and rude much. Shame coz the food is quite good.
