On our way home, we noticed the delicious smell coming from the restaurant and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed when we placed our order. The curries were full of flavor and fresh, with generous portion sizes. My favorite dish was the tarka Dahl and the peshwari nan was heavenly! Our food arrived within half an hour and the staff were very friendly. Overall, a wonderful dining experience.

We dine at this restaurant twice a year when we are in Teddington. The food is superb and the tables are always set immaculately. We have never had any problems with the service. Tonight, we were served by a very friendly and attentive waiter, which was a pleasant surprise. The bill was very reasonable, especially compared to other restaurants in Chester and even in London. I highly recommend this restaurant without hesitation. It is always bustling, so I suggest making a reservation in advance.

My experience at this restaurant was overshadowed by the poor service and rude attitude of one staff member. We waited a long time just to receive a menu and a drink, and over an hour and a half for our food. When we tried to ask about our order, we were dismissed rudely with a simple 'We're busy', even though the restaurant wasn't very full. We even had to wait to pay our bill. It's unfortunate because the food was actually good once it arrived. I wouldn't come back to this restaurant.

Nice food but service was very poor. We had to wait ages and repeatedly ask to place our order and again when we wanted the bill and to pay. Although the restaurant was busy the staff reset tables and were sitting down chatting rather than respond to our requests for service. Once ordered the food arrived quite quickly and was nice. Other tables were also moaning about the service and waited even longer than we did.

Excellent food, great service, definitely worth a visit. There was a slight query with the bill but this was sorted out quickly and efficiently.
