Palermo's Cafe Bakery - Ridgefield Park

My experience with Olga at the restaurant was fantastic. She made the cake exactly to my specifications, based on the design of the Meri Meri Safari Plate Set. It truly made my daughter's first birthday a special and memorable event.

We chose Palermo for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. They offer a fantastic cake sample box so you can try a little of everything. Communication was a breeze and the flavors were out of this world.

Having grown up in New Jersey, this bakery has been my favorite for over 35 years. Even though I now live in Florida, I make it a tradition to visit every year when I see my family. Their biscuits are unmatched by any other bakery I have tried. Additionally, they offer the best crumb cakes, Linzer Tarts, and danishes.

Wedding cake was amazing, the chocolate was the best cake I had in my life. Blueberry cheesecake was also delicious. Thank you for making my son's wedding cake and DIL.

Absolutely amazing experience! Went there for wedding cake tasting. Olga was spectacular. Helped us find direction for our vision. She laughed with us as we shared stories. The flavors of cake were life changing and heavenly! My fiance is very particular about the flavors he likes, but Palermo definitely did not disappoint! We booked them on the spot to do our wedding cake! It took such a big stressors off of wedding planning. And the prices were exceptional reasonable! We definitely bonded with the staff and feel fully confident with them doing our cake!
