Cups Coffee Shop - Ridgeland

I really love this coffee shop, they have great Wi-Fi and I get a lot of work done here. They have alternate milks and syrups. I am definitely a vanilla oat milk latte fan and they never fail to impress. Service is great and stuff is very friendly. There are many located throughout Jackson. Be sure to support local vendors and small businesses!! Vegetarian options: They have a lot of alternate. Milks Dietary restrictions: You can get a lot of your drinks lactose free

Really disappointed in the quality of the coffee. I've gotten a latte from here a couple times now, and every time it's completely flat. No foam, no texture to the milk, it's like the just microwaved some milk and threw an espresso shot in. I can do that at home. If I'm paying $6 for a coffee I would expect it to be made to a higher standard. Will not be coming back.

Best lavender latte in the state. Love the warm welcome I received from the two kind ladies behind the register. I appreciate how clean and warm it was at entry. And everyone present at my arrival and after were excited to be there. I’m actually glad this place is closer to me than Starbucks. Thanks for my cup, Cups Parking: Parking is limited but you’re there for such a short time that there’s always space for you at arrival.

Great service. The Blondie with an extra shot of espresso and heavy cream is my absolute favorite.

Good coffee horrible speed. Never can grab a cup in time for work and I live down the street. The staff moved to slow and don’t look happy to work here
