P.f. Chang's Chinese Bistro - Ridgeland

Had been over a year since visiting PF Chang's because the food and service were no longer that great...but we were craving Dan Dan Noodles. As we were seated, our waitress, TC, mentioned they were out of chicken. No problem. We weren't interested in ordering chicken anyway. Grief fell upon us when noticed Dan Dan noodles were no longer on the menu. (we had traveled nearly an hour and a half just for that) Waitress said no problem, the chef would be happy to prepare them for us (forgetting that they have chicken in the noodles). In less than 15 minutes, the whole meal arrived with chicken on our Dan Dan noodles! Yep...they went above and beyond by going to the store and purchasing chicken just so we could have the meal we had longed for. The food was exceptional, but I can't say enough about our waitress TC. Be sure to ask for her and tip her BIG. She is worth every penny!

I love this P.F Chang's. The food is consistently fresh and well prepared and I've never received anything other than superb service. The cocktails are also always excellent.

Our waiter Justin was amazing! The food is always excellent! The shrimp walnut is my favorite and you can't go without ordering the crab Wontons!

The food was fantastic but the service was not. I have also eaten at P.F. Chang's in Houston. The food and the service was fabulous!!!!

We were in Jackson, MS for a girls shopping trip. We decided to try P.F. Chang's for dinner. Our experience could have not been better. Chico was our server. Once he learned it was our first visit he took the time to explain the menu and make some awesome suggestions. It's not often we find excellent food along with top notch guest service. Thank you Chico, we will be back.
