Pho Huong - Ridgeland

My absolute favorite restaurant! The food and staff are beyond words. I come almost every day, and always leave full and happy.

To use some southern vernacular: MY LAWWD, them dishes got me hummin'! Great food, amazing coffee, friendly staff and good prices all rolled into one. If you haven't been, go! If you've already been there, go again!

Great food. Only down side is prep time. If you are in a rush, just get a couple orders of fresh spring/summer rolls to go.

Today's meetup was absolutely fantastic! It was my first visit to Pho Huong, and I had a wonderful experience. I enjoyed making spring rolls with the marinated pork, which was surprisingly easy and very well-seasoned. For my main dish, I opted for the rice plate with marinated chicken and egg rolls. I also had a bowl of noodles and a fruit drink that Catina Brown ordered—although I can't recall the exact name of the drink. The fish sauce was exceptional, and the flavors were as deep as the ocean. The rice was perfectly cooked, and even the soup had a great taste to it, which is unusual for me as I'm typically not a fan based on my past experiences at other restaurants. I took some spare ribs home, and they smelled incredible. We also had some really great company. The sangria was perfectly balanced and not overpowering at all. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience!
