Subway - Ridgeland

Excellent and friendly staff, nice location, never too busy. Food looks fresh and prepared well

Went in for a meatball sub because my 8 year old granddaughter wanted one so much. Was rudely told they are out of meatballs . We were sent away being told there 's another Subway a few miles away.

The service here was extremely disappointing. When I requested extra lettuce, they added barely any. If you ask for more, they only add a couple of pieces. The same goes for onions and green peppers. They also don’t provide enough sauce to start with, and if you request extra, they only add a few drops. It’s almost embarrassing to ask for more. I won’t be coming back until there’s a change in staff. I would advise others to avoid this place for now. It used to be good a few months ago.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and the staff, especially Tiffany, were incredibly hospitable and attentive. The place was also very clean. I will definitely be returning and sharing how wonderful this restaurant is!

This is a franchise location of Subway that opts not to take part in many of the fantastic promotions offered by Subway corporate. Despite that, they deserve five stars in every other aspect. The food is excellent, just like at most other Subway locations. The prices are reasonable, the store is clean, and the customer service is also impressive.
