Wendy's - Ridgeland

This is probably the slowest Wendy's I ever been to and Wendy's is my favorite fast food restaurant. Consistently slow and non efficient. Can't hear the person taking the order and can't see the menu board. The parking lot is full of holes and smells like a dumpster.

We stopped at this Wendy's on the way from Kentucky to the Columbus Zoo. Totally by coincidence we stopped at it again on the way back home. The food was pretty good, maybe not the best Wendy's ever. I was also happy that they had Coke Zero.

I see I am not the only one to complain. We have stopped at Tim Horton's/Wendy's here for years. The restrooms only get worse to the point I wonder about food safety in a place that doesn't clean well. I am actually posting photos the toilets have clearly not been cleaned well in some time. The hand dryer hasn't worked for years so they added a paper towel dispenser which was empty. Forget the soap. The entire place needs a serious clean and update. It is very busy there whenever we go so they should be able to afford cleaning materials.

We have been stopping at this location for about 15 years for a break in our regular travels from the South to Cleveland. However, it has had some ups and downs, but this last trip was the worst!! Flies all around, dirty environment, both the restrooms were deplorable! We have contacted both corporate offices of Wendy's and Tim Horton's, hoping that they will take notice and clean up. The health department should also be alerted. Because of this last visit, we refuse to ever stop here again, and we will find another suitable, cleaner place for our food and restroom breaks. Shame on the managers of this facility! (As well as the corporate managers!
