Low level music volume that allows speaking without shouting or guesswork. Middle in tourist area so pricing expectedly a bit on a higher end. Good portions. Could easily come again.

We had a wonderful dinner here. Lovely local dishes on the menu I was especially happy with the pea soup served in a bread bowl. The pork roast and the pancakes with salmon tartare were also really nice. And the dessert from rye bread, creme chantilly and fruit preserve brought back childhood memories for me, as my grandmother used to make something similar. The service was very friendly and attentive and my wife and me left happy, feeling we had a good intro to Latvian delights. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.
Food was absolutly delicious, very tasty. Would go back a third time, but holyday was over. Service was awful on a sunny evening due to full restaurant. Service was very good on a rainy evening with almost no guests. There are some non-smoking tables outside. A good tip is to book a table in advance.
Food was delicious and price was reasonable. The culture is reflected very well. Also staff was so kind.
