Starbucks - Rincon

This is the worst and most unprofessional Starbucks I’ve visited.

Always kind I couldn't be more grateful to everyone who works at this establishment they have always served me kindness.?

Whoever was working the drive thru at 12:15pm today needs to be fired. It was SUCH a bad experience that I 'm here writing this review. Instead of listing the things they were out of first, like a competent human being, she let us order food, asked us to repeat ourselves about four times in between asking us to hold on a minute as if she was doing too much at once... so we assumed. Until we got one car away from the window and saw her laughing and having a long conversation with the person in front of us with no regard to the line. It took 30 minutes and there were only 3 cars when we got in line. She had attitude when she took our payment and handed us our food. I felt like I was at a crappy McDonald 's. Not Starbucks. So annoyed right now. We 're new to the area but if we have another experience like this we 're just going to walk into Kroger to get our coffee. It was THAT absurd.

Told them to make me something random because I didn’t know what I wanted. Made me the best drink!
