Hollandaise Brasserie

Gostei muito! Fomos muito bem cared for Edimar hair. Parabéns a todo a equipe, mas apresentação do prato deve melhorar.

My experience at Brasserie Hollandaise in Barra da Tijuca is quite positive. The area is certainly upmarket so the prices of the restaurants and hotel are all on the expensive side, but overall Hollandaise offers good food with a top notch service. The place looks very nice inside, a round building with pretty decorations and some sort of European feeling (which is probably not what a European tourist in Brazil wants, and not surprisingly most of the customers seem to be Brazilian, with a few foreigner guests from the surrounding hotels). The food (appetizer and pizza) was well prepared and graciously served by professional waiters supervised by the friendly manager, who kept a watchful eye to ensure smooth proceedings. Overall recommended if one is in the area.

Quase we all love food and as supermesas... or that pecou foi o bife ã milanesa que mais parecia um carpachio à milanesa de tão fino! Never scolham is that... rest foi tudo otimo!

Beautiful restaurant, great service, delicious food

Amazing, incredible food with excellent service, very nice choices of great vines. I wish to come back. Life music was very nice as well. Thanks a lot for this experience.
