Namaste - Rio Rancho

After years of hearing about it, I finally made it to this restaurant and I absolutely loved it! It's a great spot for a date night, with a lovely, quiet atmosphere that feels upscale yet casual. The menu has a sizable vegetarian section, with many dishes that can be made vegan. It's also a good option for those who are gluten free, although I'm not sure about those with celiac disease. We tried the vegetable korma, which was delicious, and the aloo gobi, which was also very tasty. Both dishes had a well-balanced mix of flavors. The naan was fresh and perfect for dipping in the dishes. We ordered our food medium spicy, which was a bit on the spicier side for me but still manageable – I prefer moderate spice. My partner, who enjoys spicy food, thought it could have been hotter. The staff was attentive, regularly checking on us and refilling our water, and they were all very friendly. I can't wait to return and try more of their dishes!

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and we are so glad we finally did. The restaurant was spacious and inviting, and we could tell they get busy during their lunch buffets. This hidden gem in Rio Rancho impressed us with its staff, food, and service. We even ended up bringing home leftovers because we didn't realize how large the portions were. Although they offer a lunch buffet, we opted for the regular menu during our visit and were not disappointed. The meal was flavorful and filling, and we were greeted with friendly smiles and seated promptly. We started with the Keema Samosa appetizer, which was delicious. For our entrees, we chose the Chicken Makhani and mistakenly ordered two, not realizing how generous the portions were. We also ordered Peas Pulao as a side, and everything was fantastic. We will definitely be returning, hopefully to try out the lunch buffet next time. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

I 'm not sure why I haven 't taken time to review this place... This is always a great holy crap, what are we going to eat tonight? Joint!! And, when we need that sure fire, kid pleasing but something different quickie...we come to Namaste!! It 's located perfectly for us since we can make the call we 're exiting the driveway... And by the time we get there, it 's ready : . What more can one ask for?!?!? They have a very underrated lunch buffet too...just saying. But be warned... if you come here for lunch, don 't plan on doing anything productive for the remainder of that afternoon...just saying.

I love Namaste buffet Their service is always spot on and my glass of water is always full! Namaste has a colorful and cozy atmosphere. While their selection isn't as big as say, Taj Mahal, the quality is definitely 10X better! I just wish their buffet was open all weekend like it used to be.

Upon entering, we were immediately greeted. The restaurant was immaculate and inviting. Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor! We can't wait to return and sample something different. It was a fantastic dining experience.
