Chipotle Mexican Grill - River Hill

This place tries to scam you by not giving what you ordered. For example, I ordered a bowl with chicken and they didn’t gave that. Also, they put whatever they wanted in my bowl. While I was inquiring the same thing one more lady came with the same complaint. Either they need to a hire new people or stop scamming people.

Food was OK, the music is too loud for any conversation. Multiple people yelling at each other trying to talk just detracts more from the experience. It seems they don't really want people to stay. the health department should take a db meter to ensure safety.

Fine overall, but have found other Chipotle's to be cleaner.

Great service everything tasted amazing! I went there 3.25 Monday for dinner for the family and we were really impressed with the online to-go service and burrito bowls were really tasty prepared very well! Thank you! Kudos to staff! :

I placed a carry out order and it was wrong and also poorly done. My order was completely missing the guacamole I paid extra for, and my husband’s bowl did have some guacamole but not nearly enough to be considered a portion. Both bowls had very small amounts of toppings in general. I don’t know why I keep coming back to this location it always disappoints me.
