Shake Shack Mall In Columbia

Burgers ? were excellent. Fries were slightly cold and could do better. They should not have been cold with the number of people who were there.

It was a busy day but everything was normal. Pretty good. My spouse LOVES this place. I'm not a big fan of shake shack in general. But hey we all have our things.

My burger was tasty, but rather small for the $10 price. The crinkle cut fries were actually crispy, at least more than other of this type, but were expensive for what you got. Overall, the food is pretty good, the atmosphere is metal/uncomfortable, you order from a kiosk, but the servers bring it out. However, I will not return because two smallish burgers, one order of fries, a milkshake and an iced tea cost over $35. Update: a response from the manager requests my receipt. However, although I left this out of the review, unless I give out my email address, there was no option to get a printed receipt that I could see from the order kiosk. I don't like giving out my email address unless I need to because it is often sold for profit.

Food always great!! The drink service could use some help. I gave a 3 service because there was one lady there that actually seemed to care and came through with getting my strawberry peach tea that I was waiting for 5 minutes after I got my food. Smh. It’s ridiculous. My food came out fast and understand if it was a shake that takes longer. But it was tea. There were plenty of people there it seemed. If it takes that long to get a fountain drink can you please move those drinks outside near the seats so we don’t have to wait and can ourselves like Panera and McDonald’s do. I’m just saying. They help your employees concentrate on expediting the other menu items. Just a suggestion. Love shake shack btw.
