Fromage - River Kelvin

Had lunch here yesterday and we won 't be returning back. The customer service was heavily lacking and the atmosphere was rather uncomfortable. After paying a pretty penny for a bacon grilled cheese and gourmet mac n cheese we were extremely disappointed, and had the lady working not been too busy on her phone while we were eating I would have told her so. At first I was mad how small the portions were for $23 but I was later thankful for their cheapness because of how awful the food was. I actually spat out the grilled cheese because the taste was so disgusting, however my fiance choked it down. The mac n cheese was quite easily the worst I 've ever had. The complete wrong type of cheese was used, leaving a sour and aggressive after taste.

I recently purchased 6 customized gift baskets to give out to the neighbours for Christmas; 4 were medium sized, and 2 were on the smaller end. I provided a budget of roughly $75 $150, and an explanation of items I would like to see: cheese, crackers, jams etc., (we provided our own wine bottles). The team was easy to work with, with seamless communication. The turnaround time for the baskets was about 3 business days, and the products were great. I purchased a red jelly spread and a gouda truffle (honey infused) cheese on the side, both which had rave reviews from myself, my husband and also our immediate family. Will be going here in the future for any basket related needs, and also to purchase that specific spread and cheese for events. A very pleasant overall experience, with friendly staff.

I stumbled upon this charming place on a rainy Saturday and was greeted by exceptional customer service, along with some of the most incredible cheeses I've ever tasted. For a very reasonable price, we left with an unforgettable dinner. I encourage everyone not to hesitate to walk in, ask questions, and sample their offerings. It’s such a delightful, friendly shop! I will definitely return!

I have a special fondness for this restaurant. They helped me create an incredible charcuterie board for my fiancé and me. The grilled cheese is fantastic! I haven't found anything there that I didn't enjoy!

My wife and I visited for the first time yesterday, and we enjoyed some of the best grilled cheese sandwiches we've ever had. We also purchased several items to take home, which were fantastic as well! The owner was present and she was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about everything related to cheese. This place is definitely a gem!
