Ihop - Riverdale

Mandy was amazing she was so sweet and accommodating for me and my silly friends we had a big group and she was able to seat us fast and our food came out quick and was very scrumptious thank mandy you are our new bestie :

All never go back a bunch of kids standing around doing nothing and the bacon was burnt my hamburger was burnt ?

I don’t think the servers understand that that customers can hear them. We waited over an hour for our food there were only two other family’s here. I’m honestly very disappointed with how the servers were just sitting at a table just gossiping and also coughing near food. Plus also overhearing that our server not only messing up our order before it even got to us, if it wasn’t for his supervisor confirming that something was wrong with the order it’s hard to say what would have happened. Personally that is not the kind of service I want.

Food was cold server didn’t really care that much. I didn’t know that’s was not good.

IHOP is a traditional go to for Sunday brunch but it's gone downhill. Service is usually slow but this last time was inattentive and distracted. The food seems to have been cheapened down to the point of being inedible. The syrups and gravy were particularly disappointing.
