Wawa - Riverview

Louis (MOD) truly exceeded my expectations with my Uber Eats order. He made my day with his great attitude. That’s what customer service is all about!

The last time I visited, things were pretty amazing, but now they’ve officially slashed their prices by 50%. It’s not too surprising since they dropped their shares by over 50% last year. Now, it feels like the restaurant is only operating at half its potential. I’m left wondering if there’s even a point in going back. I've deleted the app and I think I’ll stick to buying salad kits from grocery stores. Wawa has been pushing me to seek better options elsewhere.

The food service at this place is incredibly slow. I waited 25 minutes for my meal, which is just unacceptable. It seemed like at least two staff members were more interested in chatting with customers than helping those of us waiting for our food. What's frustrating is that I had to pay for my meal before it was even prepared; that's fine unless I end up needing a refund to go elsewhere! With only half an hour for lunch, this is just not practical. It's unbelievable—at Chick-fil-A, even when the drive-thru wraps around the building, you can be in and out in under 15 minutes. I also waited half an hour at Wawa with eight people in front of me just for a sub.

This local fuel station has clean facilities, polite staff, and a great selection. However, I was disappointed with the strawberry lemonade I ordered from the Wawa deli—it was overly sweet. I ended up having to dilute it with extra water and split it into three separate cups. While this experience won't make me stop coming here, I’ll definitely avoid the deli's lemonade in the future.

We have ordered the delivery a few times and OMG the food is amazing!!! My favorite, BLT Sub. It's so fresh. A very tasty experience
