Burnt and bland chicken. Not newly cooked and hard. Not worth eating with unlie rice. Coated with barbecue sauce but tastes like ketchup.

I'm stressed and done. I've attempted to order via messenger on 2 separate instances and they take so long to get back to you unapologetically at that; secondly, despite all my efforts to reschedule my order, provide all my details so all they have to do is say if they can or cannot, wala pa rin. They're not interested to gain or retain customers so I couldn't care less either. Am sure they don't even view their reviews so what's the point? The first time I ordered, their rice was uncooked, I don't know why I even bother amf!
