Greenwich Harisson Plaza - Riyadh

Napakabagal ang crew nila. Antagal hintayin ang order. Hindi makatarungan ang mag hintay ng 40mins

I have been a fan of Greenwich for a long time. But what I experienced at Harrison Plaza was sub par. The customer service experience was poor. Do not give the diner's orders if you are lacking in something. In our case, spoon and fork. The first order to be sent was for my nephew. And lo and behold, no spoon, no condiments, no water, no nothing. If they are understaff, then I suppose that the management should do something about it. We had to wait for our utensils to be given to us after all our orders were there on the table minus the condiments and a complimentary glass of water. The service crew was not even energetic or smiling or anything that can be commendable. Our order was a hawaian overload costing 163 pesos and I ordered the said meal because I saw that there was a lasagne, slice of pizza, and chicken on the picture. We based our order on the picture and was not able to see any visible warning that the chicken will be replaced by 4 pieces of mojo potatoes. 4 mincely potatoes for a piece of chicken. If they have changes in the menu, they should have replaced what was displayed. Overall, the experience was despicable. I for one, will never lay a foot in that establishment ever. Maybe that is why there were few who were dining with them even though there were a lot of shoppers around. Poor service.

Since there is no Greenwich near La Salle area, I always go here whenever I’m craving for their food. I always order their lasagna and garlic cheese sticks.

Cheesy mac is pretty good. Swimming in sauce though.

I don't know if it's a new thing or what but their lasagna is swimming in sauce...
