I am proud to say that their tapa is the best in Teresa. There's nothing else to say, no one can compare to their original tapa, right? Especially when the owner is Kuya RODY and Ate MARYETH, they are the ones serving and facing the customers because they know how to respect and serve whoever is dining at JELSON TAPSILUGAN.

The food was excellent, especially the master chef, Sir Jelson, who is very handsome. Hehehe.

The hospitality of the crew, including the owner who cooks, was excellent. The prices were really affordable and the food was not only delicious but super delicious. I hope they have free soup when I come back.
