A very pleasant moment with a chef full of humor and a cuisine filled with poetry. Good reception, prices that allow for a refined and fun moment. And I can tell you that we were happy!

The reception is very pleasant and Chef Marco explains the composition of each of his dishes. His wife is very good advice for wine. We really enjoyed knowing how to cook (especially an egg yolk cooked in sea water with delicious, superbly seasoned vegetables). The different breads are perfect. Don't miss Aux Anges if you pass by Roanne... and even a little further, the restaurant is worth a visit.
