Blue Ridge Burrito Co - Roanoke

I work downtown but visited this restaurant recently and ordered the Banh Mi Burrito Bowl. It was fantastic! The dish featured a base of rice and beans, topped with abundant carrots, cilantro, and green onions, and crowned with perfectly roasted shrimp. It was truly amazing. You've gained a fan in me, and I can't wait to return! I highly recommend it! I also appreciate that you offer vegetarian options!

This was our first time trying Blue Ridge Burrito Co, and I must say, it was absolutely fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and even brought our order to our table. The Korean BBQ burrito was just perfect—not too spicy, but with just the right kick. The flavors blended beautifully! We will definitely be back to try more of your burritos. Highly recommend!

The Tempe banh mi burrito was not only fantastic, but it was also vegan! I will definitely be returning for another one!

I love this place! If you are looking for non-traditional Burritos like Banh Mi or Korean BBQ taste this is the place! You even have an Am Pm Burrito that is a bit like breakfast. You will get to choose whether you want steak, chicken, shrimp or fried chicken in the packaging and it is usually rice and vegetables and taste. Try the buffalo Burrito with roasted chicken and get it Soul Roll style, the whole is deep roasted. Man, it's good!

Definitely not your average burrito. The menu includes a variety of amazing sounding combinations which made trying to decide hard, but after we picked a couple to share we were very happy with each of them. They were every bit as delicious as they sounded, packed full of great ingredients. Also have to mention how friendly, quick and awesome the guy was.
