Carrabba's Italian Grill Roanoke

We had made reservations and arrived on time, but the staff informed us that we would be moved to the top of the waiting list, even though several other tables were seated before us. However, our waitress was very friendly and efficient, and our food arrived promptly and in the right order. The bread and oil with spices were replenished upon request, and the food provided excellent value for the price. Overall, we were all very satisfied with our experience.

I always enjoy a great meal here. The food is served nice and hot. The waiter was friendly and attentive. I even got three $10 takeout meals for tomorrow!

I can't comment on the food or service since we didn't get to try them. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation, but were informed that there would be a 1.5-hour wait. I mentioned that we had a reservation, and they apologized, saying they were still accommodating walk-ins. We decided to leave and won't be returning.

Bartender was wonderful our waitress was amazing the owner was very involved and caring and the food was amazing. Downside call ahead was missed and the hostess has no business being in a customer service industry. One hiccup on a busy night.

Very delicious meal. Had chicken marsala and got a free lasagna to take home. Took forever to get the lasagna. Had to wait quite a while before we could leave. My husband got the pizza and it was just okay. Probably will not get it again.
