To make matters worse, our server disappeared between taking our order and bringing the check. You'll likely remember Rancho Viejo with an exaggerated sense of nostalgia.
The food exceeded my expectations. The service and atmosphere were excellent. The table-side guacamole was not only generous in portion but also delicious. Everyone really enjoyed their meals and desserts. We might make this our go-to family dinner spot each week.
**Parking:** The restaurant has a large parking lot with ample spaces both at the front and on the side. However, if you’re coming from the north, getting into the lot from the main road can be a bit tricky. **Kid-friendliness:** It’s very family-friendly with a kids' menu available, and the restaurant has a bright and welcoming atmosphere. **Wheelchair accessibility:** There is wheelchair access from the main entrance on the corner. However, the double doors to enter the restaurant might pose some challenges.
My husband and I enjoyed a delicious affordable meal. The staff was very friendly and hard working.
Food was good. But the Xangos were delicious. Definitely worth it if you stick around for dessert.
