Jersey Mike's Subs - Roanoke

The restaurant is in a fantastic location and is very accommodating for those with gluten sensitivities. They provide gluten free bread and also take extra measures to ensure there is no cross contamination. This includes using separate countertops and workstations, wearing different gloves, and bringing all toppings from the back.

I have usually had a great experience at Jersey Mike's, but unfortunately, this particular location fell short. I ordered two subs for curbside pickup and both subs were made incorrectly, either missing ingredients or including ingredients we did not request. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

During my half-hour lunch break, I walked into the restaurant and found myself among the few customers present. However, I was not greeted or acknowledged for a whole 10 minutes, despite my presence. It would have been nice to at least receive a simple greeting or assurance that someone would be with me shortly.
