Taco Bell - Roanoke

The Crunchy Taco Supreme was excellent and made just right. The Nacho Fries were tasty, and the Beefy Melt Burrito was delightful. However, I asked for onions to be added to my Crunchwrap Supreme, and instead, they just gave me a side of onions. I obviously can't take apart the Crunchwrap to add them, so that was unnecessary. Normally, the food at this location is consistently accurate, but I've requested sauces with every order I've placed and have never received a single packet. At this point, I'm starting to believe they don't even stock sauces here, which is really frustrating.

The tacos are fantastic, especially the chicken ones. However, this isn't the first time the restaurant has forgotten my drink in the combo. Just a heads up—you might not receive everything with your order every time.

The delivery times kept getting pushed back, changing at least two or three times until I reached out to the driver. They also brought me the wrong type of sauce. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and my order was accurate.

We got an extra burrito, which ill take for all the times we didnt get an item. one of the hard tacos was mushy. my chicken power bowl was literally chicken, cheese, sauce and tortilla strips. there was no lettuce in it whatsoever. guess ill enjoy the extra burrito.

Syrup was out for my soda. Didnt get any sauces. Chicken Quesadilla wasnt cut and had nothing in it. And my Crunchwrap Supremewas soggy and barely assembled. I am so annoyed I paid 30 dollars and waited for an hour
