Hudson's Bbq - Roberta

Her bbq is good when I went down. had a ribbed steak my friend and I knocked it clean out of the park. for the stroke it is good to eat.

My first time dining here was just okay. The BBQ was decent and the sides were fine, but I didn't really enjoy the brisket. The half chicken was good though. No one at the table enjoyed the peach cobbler, so maybe it was just a bad batch. I might give this place another try to see if the experience improves.

I absolutely love Hudson's and the wonderful family that runs it! They treat their staff like family too. I am very impressed by the measures they have taken to ensure their employees' safety during the pandemic. They offer a wide variety of food options, but I highly recommend trying their BBQ sandwich, half a pint of stew, and a glass of sweet tea - it's delicious!

Locally owned and operated restaurant. I don’t live near Roberta but I do work in the town some. The staff is always very friendly. The food is always great especially the fried chicken and the peach cobbler is so worth the drive. I always look forward to going to Hudson’s. Thank you for all you do for the community and what you do to keep everyone safe during this pandemic.
