We definitely recommend this inconspicuous family business, with a VERY, VERY nice senior boss, after visiting the Kobarid waterfall! I have a major complaint about the last visit. I ordered two different bureks. First, I ate the vegetable one, which was quite small, but you told me that it was the same size as the cheese burek, but that's not true because I saw an obvious difference when I ate one and the other. Furthermore, when you heated this vegetable burek for me, it was not hot enough and the cheese was quite hard and dry, and you charged 4.50 euros for such a small and dry burek, which is just stealing. How are you not ashamed?! Furthermore, your dough is not of high quality either, I have eaten many better bureks for a much lower price, so you know that the price-quality ratio is zero. You charged me 9 euros for two bureks, I was shocked and still am, I didn't want to fight with you. I asked you why it was so expensive (if I also take into account that the vegetable burek is for nothing, and the cheese burek is cheap), you told me that you charged me when I ate inside, at your table, for using the toilets and heating the burek . And you told me that these are Slovenian standards. But where? I know what Slovenian standards are, I'm not a tourist, I live in Slovenia and I've eaten many things in more or less the whole of Slovenia. Since when are seats, tables, toilets and food heating charged, and where does this still exist??!! And let me also say that I didn't use the toilet at all, but you only heated one burek for me, but charged for two. And you didn't even warn me before buying that it would be more expensive than it says on the shelf. What a place. I'm sorry, I've saved the bill and from Monday I'm going to Tolmin to report you to the inspectorate so they can give you a little shake-up because it's really horrible what you're doing and how you're stealing. If there is a score lower than one, I would give you an even lower one.
