We stopped for a quick coffee during our walk and unexpectedly tried a tasty ciabatta toastie. This was our first time visiting as we are new to the area, but we will definitely be returning due to the welcoming atmosphere we experienced.
We absolutely adore this neighborhood cafe and visit frequently. Tracy and her staff are incredibly friendly and greet us warmly every time we come in. The food is delicious and made with care, we highly recommend everything on the menu. They even welcome dogs and always have a special treat for them.
Yesterday, I spontaneously decided to have afternoon tea in the garden, thanks to the beautiful weather. I received excellent service from the lady at Charlie's. Being vegetarian, she accommodated me with a wonderful selection of sandwiches, pork pies, hummus breadsticks, crackers, and delightful little cakes. And of course, cannot forget the scones, jam, and authentic Cornish clotted cream. All served with a smile. I would definitely recommend this place.
