ZERO Rude. Not clean. Employees coughing on donuts.A customer brought back her order (order was wrong) and the employee took out the unwanted donuts placed them with the displayed donuts instead of throwing them away.
I decided to go to the drive-through I first asked for a strawberry chiller and had to repeat myself four times before the person take him out order understood what I was asking. Once they understood what I said, they told me I could not have the chiller. I thought it was a joke and I asked why and that's when they told me it was not available, but the lemonade one was. So ordered the lemonade, one and two dozen doughnuts. When I got to the window I asked the guys name and he said his name is Kameron. He was a younger guy so I provided him with some customer service advice while giving him the money to pay for that order. The rest of the transaction went off without a hitch and I got tons of napkins to go with my doughnuts. I love Krispy Kreme so I definitely think, I'll shop with them again.
I ordered half chocolate half strawberry. And I can understand an honest mistake but the lady who loaded the box had a weird look on her face when at pick up I repeated the order. She knew it wasn't right when she packed the box and handed it to me. My problem was that I live an hour away and didn't check the box before I left the drive through. ?
Placed an order for specialty donuts for this location. The donuts had sold out by the time I arrived for pick-up. The team member didn't apologize and didn't offer an alternative or a refund without me having to ask. I understand donuts sell out, but customer service could have been better.
