Its the standard cuisine found at most Mexican restaurants but it's well prepared and nothing stands out in my memory as having had a poor experience. I recommend it in the Rock Springs area.
The Avocado Tostada with Chicken was horrible. The tostada was soggy, the chicken had absolutely no flavor and was watery, and the plate came absolutely piled with lettuce. They charged $13 for a single regular sized tostada. The rice and beans were dry and looked like they had sat under a heat lamp for hours. The service was slow and the restaurant is dingy.
We both ordered the #12. It is an enchilada, taco, chili relleno, and tostada. I ordered mine with the chili verde. It came with refried beans and rice. The food was excellent and very plentiful. We could not finish what was on our plates. The salsa that came with the chips had a great flavor and just enough spice to be satisfying. This is a small place, what you would call a hole in the wall but that is where we always find the best mexican food when we travel. Service was good, they are very friendly.
I enjoyed my chicken nachos. The salsa was too spicy for me. I don't think they had white cheese dip.
My wife and I loved this place the food was great and priced very well. We will definitely be going back.
