Da Catch Fish Chicken - Rockford

Don't let the name or the empty parking lot deter you! The food here was incredible! When we first moved to the area, we were nervous to try it out since there were no cars in the lot, and we even joked that we might be the only customers. But that couldn’t have been further from the truth! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious! We noticed a lot of people coming in to place takeout orders, which is always a good sign. Although the interior was quite chilly, the warm meals made up for it. Overall, I would give this place a 10/10!

Today was my first time eating there, as recommended by a coworker, and it was amazing! The chicken gizzards were crispy and fresh.

Eating is always fresh and prepared as I wanted! it's delicious. Taffy grapes are my favorite.

Service on point, eat: hot, fresh and well seasoned. we had offers and welsfilets, recommend either or both.

I gotta say, for a small, run down house, it's pretty clean and modern looking inside, good fish, chicken, and gyros too. I stopped by today to drop some framed pictures I made for them, and they loved them. The one guy said he's taking one of them home to hang up in his office.
