Mcdonald's - Rockford

The restaurant has inconsistent service, with long wait times and orders sometimes being forgotten. Bad experiences happen frequently enough that I choose not to return.

I had an amazing lunch at this restaurant! Everything was freshly made and delicious. The staff was friendly and the service was quick.

The restaurant does not know how to make a Happy Meal or a BBQ sandwich. The Quarter Pounder was overly salty and inedible. They need to go back to training school to improve. The service was a 1 out of 5 and they should welcome customers properly.

Usually my experience is good at this mcdonald’s. but there was a series of times when the pommes were rerocks (old pommes ran again through the frit to make it fresh). but I never had a bad customer service experience. I'm huge in customer service. remember, even if something goes wrong, they don't have to make the day of a human a bad one. talk them with ease and treat them people as they want to be treated.

Waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee and an unsweetened iced tea at curbside pickup I'm sure the only reason it took so long is because nobody wanted to come outside... Also when I received my order I got the wrong thing....
