Contribuisci feedbackMy sister and I dropped in around 3:08 and observed a tense situation where an older lady was being rude to a young woman at the counter, telling her she needed to learn some manners. We were surprised by the situation, as we didn't expect anyone to get angry while buying cake. However, the young woman handled it well and assisted us in choosing the types of cakes we wanted. We were impressed by her friendliness and professionalism.
I ordered a cake for my husband, and when I walked into the restaurant, two female workers were engaged in a conversation. They did not acknowledge me or offer to help, but the trainee assisted me while the other two continued talking. I will not be returning to this establishment because of their lack of acknowledgment, even though they were willing to take my money. #willnotsupportracistandrudeestablishments
I decided to do bundt cakes for my vow renewal in May because I wanted something different and I had heard positive things about this place. I ordered my cakes over a year in advance and seemed to have no problems until a week or so before the event. Theycalled to confirm delivery and order of the cakes to make sure they were correct. Then two days before my event I was told theyno longer carried Marable cake and the catering manager failed to be the one to take my confirmation order and the staff wasn'tinformed so I was forced to pick new flavors for my event and was told that she would be delivering them at 2:00 which wasperfect with my ceremony ending at 4:30. But she dropped them off before noon which I wasn't planning on having so my photoswere taking place at this time, but I was lucky to have my maid of honor handle the cakes while doing photos. I feel like Icould have been notified sooner of the cakes and the change in drop off time. But the cakes themselves were absolutely beautifuland tasted amazing so for that I am grateful. Would recommend as long as they keep you informed of any changes a week before theevent date.
I have no issues with the bundt cakes at this restaurant as I find them delicious. However, I did have some problems with the servers, especially Haley. She was not approachable and seemed to rush me to place my order as quickly as possible. Once she handed me my order, she walked away immediately, which I found to be quite rude. I believe they should provide better training to their servers on how to treat customers with courtesy.
Order was completed perfectly! Everything was moist and tasted fresh and amazing. The chocolate chocolate chip Bundt Cake was a 10 out of 10 and the tinis were fantastic too.
