Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Eating is delicious, they give them a lot and the personal is professional and friendly?

This is our third order for red robin and again it was a disappointment. the food was cold and the fries were cold and soggy. we order a Wedgie-Burger and have white and brown spots of salat. I ordered garlic frying with my burger and got regular fries, but my extrafries were garlic. as a company red robin should stop the delivery. for what we paid on this last order, it was not worth it. the containers are not made for delivery. they can not offer crispy pommes if they cannot preserve the crispy. we will not order the delivery until rr makes some serious improvements to their delivery

That was perhaps the best service I ever had in any restaurant. the refills were brought immediately and the staff were always friendly and checked

I had the mushroomburger and it wasn't really on the ground. the mushrooms were definitiw not fresh almost as dirty. I only took four bites and couldn't eat anymore because of rancid it was. I wasn't even offered a box for my rest. about the price for what it was. I had a better burger of mcdonald’s.

It would of gotten 5 stars except I made a reservation the day of because that's the only way you can. For dinner time at 530 on a Saturday. Got there and they told me I didn't have one. So now I had to wait a half hour.Then sat at the bar to wait with no one else there and took 10 min for someone to come take our drink order.
